About Us

Welcome to EMG Creations! Growing up, some of my absolute favorite memories were the weekend trips to our local craft store with my mom. From candle making and scrapbooking to plastic canvas and yarn pom-poms, we tried it all. My mom was also an avid crocheter; back then, I tried so hard to learn, but I just couldn’t get the hang of it!

Fast forward all these years later, and the crafting bug never left. I finally conquered the crochet hook, and EMG was born. The name holds a piece of my heart—it’s named after the initials of my three little boys, who along with my mom are my biggest cheerleaders (and the reason I do what I do!).

When I’m not designing and handcrafting pieces for the shop, I'm managing my own little household zoo. For the past 10 years, I poured my heart into animal welfare, working as a manager at a large animal rescue and as a vet tech at a private clinic. Today, I'm lucky enough to work from home, running this small business and caring for our beloved animals. Our ultimate dream is to get a piece of property soon and grow our little family zoo into a real farm!
